- Food manufacturer Campbell Soup. Co appointed Carrie L. Anderson to take over as CFO effective Feb. 6, the company said Wednesday.
- The newly minted finance chief comes to the helm of the soup producer after most recently serving as CFO of global medical technology company Integra LifeSciences since 2019, according to a press release.

Dive Insight:
The announcement follows news last month that the Camden, N.J.-based Campbell achieved net sales of $2.6 billion for the first quarter of 2023, up 15% over the prior year. In a statement at the time, the company attributed the rise to “inflation-driven pricing, brand strength and continued supply recovery.”
Campbell CEO Mark Clouse said in a statement that Anderson brings “a wide range of diverse, strategic experience and financial discipline, and her expertise in capital management and deployment will help us continue to drive our growth plans and enhance our performance.”
He also touted her track record of driving transformation, delivering results and developing strong finance teams.
Anderson is set to receive an annual salary of $750,000 per year under her new role with the company, according to a Securities and Exchange Comission filing on Wednesday.
Before joining Integra, Anderson spent seven years with global manufacturer Dover Corp., including as CFO of the company’s engineered systems and printing and identification businesses, according to Campbell’s press release. Prior to that, she spent six years as CFO of Delphi Product & Service Solutions, a division of Delphi Corp.
She earned her B.S. in chemical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Ball State University. She serves on the board of directors of Embecta Corp. and is a member of its audit and nominating & governance committees
